I have to admit, somehow I missed the first season of this amazing TV show. When I saw the Ginny & Georgia season 2 trending on Nextflix, I watched both seasons in a few days, and I was thrilled. TBH, I could watch it every day, and I feel so bad that we all have to wait for another year or so for another season.

For this type of TV show, I would prefer if we had one episode per week instead of watching 2 seasons in 5 days. But it is what it is…

So Georgia Miller got us all under her spell… She turned the town upside down when she moved with her kids to the charming town of Wellsbury, Massachusets.

In reality, the show was filmed in Toronto and Cobourg, Canada.

A single mother with two kids, and being just the age of 30. Her methods of keeping her family well and safe and questionable, but everything she does, she does in the most adorable way, and it’s really hard not to like her.

However, there’s more to the show than just the intriguing plot. The beautifully designed interiors and exteriors of the homes in Ginny and Georgia had an important role in setting the stage for the series. So today, we will take a closer look at their home and explore the unique elements that make it so captivating. I also tried to find similar and affordable pieces of furniture.

If you hadn’t heard of the show before last year, chances are you’ve heard about it more recently, especially following Suits star Meghan Markle’s engagement to British Prince Harry.

The show is about connected families, mostly wealthy ones, that live their ideal lives with their ideal big and little lies in a small, idyllic town – Monterey, California. That type of lifestyle brings some awesome houses and interiors on set. I’ve already written about Madeline and Ed’s coastal home, and it’s about time to explore more Celeste (Nicole Kidman) and Perry’s (Alexander Skarsgård) home.

I won’t talk too much about the plot, because it’s full of mystery, and I don’t want to spoil anything in a case that you’ve heard about the show and you have a plan to watch it. I’ll just concentrate on the interior.

So ‘Big Little Lies’ is officially back in 2019 with the second season. Not only that the second season was confirmed, it’s also revealed that one and only – Meryl Streep will join the cast. How awesome is that?

So, as you’ve probably noticed, this house is way different from Madeline’s (Reese Witherspoon) home. This is made on purpose because the home decoration reflects people personality, and unlike Reese’s character, Celeste and Perry are not traditional, conventional and their home is neither.

Their home is a modern, cube house with a Pacific view and lots of windows, mirrors, and open-concept space. Their terrace is big, stylish and it’s the first thing that we saw when the show started, so that’s where I’ll also start my overview.

Their terrace is probably everybody’s dream. I just can imagine myself just lying down, doing nothing, and watching the ocean over there during the whole day. But, that’s not the life these two have chosen for themselves, they decided to complicate it, at least one of them. But, I suppose that it wouldn’t be interesting watching the show without some action – good or bad.

At first, I thought to write one article about all interiors from this show, but then I realized how different style every family has in decorating, so all of these homes need to be analyzed separately.

And today’s post is about Mackenzie’s and their beautiful, coastal home. The family members are a mother Madeline (Reese Witherspoon), a father Ed (Adam Scott), their first-grader daughter Chloe (Darby Camp) and Madeline’s teenage daughter from first marriage, Abigail (Kathryn Newton).

This family has a beautiful home, decorated in coastal style with a spacious, white kitchen with a huge island that anybody would want to have in their homes. Most of the home is decorated in a combination of coastal and traditional style, and dominant colors in all rooms are bright tones of white and beige.

This apartment is smaller than apartment across the hall, having only one bedroom, and open floor plan where the living room, kitchen and dining room are part of the same room. The bathroom is accessible only through the bedroom.

In the last season, Sheldon and Amy used this apartment for a trial period of a few weeks in living together, but later they decided to move in formally.
